Healing Massage
The healing art of massage has been used in some form since ancient times. Each culture developing their own unique style of massage and bodywork which they used to heal and enhance overall well-being. Today therapeutic massage is widely used in many healthcare professions and is accepted as a viable, preventative and restorative healthcare alternative.

Massage supports health and can positively impact your life through the many physical changes that occur as a result of massage therapy. The health benefits derived from different styles of massage are numerous and will vary with each technique applied. Identifying your healthcare plans and discussing them with your massage therapist can enable them to determine which massage techniques will help you achieve your goals.

Your massage session at Advanced Bodyworks will be structured exclusively for you and your individual requirements. Each therapist has developed their own distinctive touch and will incorporate an eclectic blend of massage techniques and therapies adapting them to meet your personal massage requests.

Our therapists are state licensed and nationally certified with extensive training in various massage and bodywork techniques. Throughout the year each therapist will attend workshops to expand their education and bring new therapies and techniques to you. We recommend you enjoy a session with each therapist and select the one best suited to you and the goals you have set for your personal healthcare plan.

By personalizing your massage session we hope to provide you with the best service and most effective, professional massage possible. It is our purpose and goal to exceed your expectations.
 

Payment and Policy
All sessions are by appointment, walk-ins may be seen if a therapist is available at that time.

Payment is expected at the time of service, we accept most major credit cards, debit cards, local checks and cash. As a courtesy to you we will verify and bill your insurance.

It is recommended that you arrive ten to fifteen minutes early. This usually allows enough time for check in, paperwork and changing. It also provides time to relax so you can receive the full benefit from your session. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled as all appointments are precisely timed.

We ask that you turn off cell phones and pagers so you may enjoy your massage without interruption.

As a courtesy to your therapist and other clients who may prefer this time slot, please give a 24 hour notice for any cancellations. This insures you will not be charged for a missed appointment.

Insurance Billing
We handle billing for auto accidents and several major health insurance companies with prior authorization. Also accepting Flex-Health spending cards.
